THE CHALLENGE
Suprema Foods, a renowned food distributor in Sydney, needed a stronger and more modern digital presence that reflected the premium quality of their imported Italian products. Their existing online experience no longer aligned with the scale of the business, the exclusivity of their range, or the evolving needs of wholesale customers looking for a faster and more efficient ordering process.
THE SOLUTION
Having previously worked within the food distribution industry for over three years — including alongside Suprema Foods — I was able to bring valuable market knowledge and industry understanding into the project.
The process began with restructuring their social media presence, aligning the content and visuals with a more cohesive and recognisable brand identity. From there, a completely new ecommerce website was developed with a strong focus on usability, product visibility, and streamlined customer experience.
The website was designed to highlight their exclusive Italian imports while introducing a new system that allows customers to place orders directly online with ease.
